Margaret (Madge) Kennedy (née Carr),

Cloonbarry, Aclare, Co. Sligo - peacefully (in her 97th year) at North West Hospice, Sligo, surrounded by her loving family on 3rd February, 2024.

Predeceased by her husband Richard, parents Kate and James Carr, brothers Johnny and Ambrose and her sisters Kathleen Smith and Bridie Meehan.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her children Kay, John, Frances, Claire, Joseph and Deirdre, sons-in-law Seamus, Michael and Patrick, daughters-in-law Marion and Rose, grandchildren Darraigh, Deirdre, Ciaran, Gerard, John Francis, Cammie, David, Eleanor, Tara, Donna, Jayne, Richard, Martin, Joseph, Catherine and Alan, great-grandchildren Eoghan, Iarla, Ethan, Josh, Megan, Richard, Rhona, Padraic, Kate, Chloe, Jack, Evan, Ella, Cillian, Layla, James, Clodagh, Conan and Sean, sisters Annie Marren and Attracta Burke, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Madge will repose at Coen's Funeral Home, The Square, Tubbercurry (F91 P668), on Sunday, 4th February from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Mass of the Resurrection on Monday, 5th February, at 12 noon in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Kilmactigue, with her burial thereafter in Kilmactigue cemetery.
