Margaret Fitzgibbon nee Ludden,
Cloggernagh West, Islandeady, Castlebar and formerly of The Lawn, Castlebar - suddenly at her home on 23rd March 2022.
Dearly loved wife of the late Pat, formerly of Milford, Co. Cork and loving sister of Bernie Ludden (Westport).
Predeceased by her brothers Pat, Denis, Peter, Frank, Mike, Tommie, Jack and sisters Bridgie Guthrie and Mary Richardson.
She will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Sharon (Islandeady) and Louise (London), her adored granddaughter Molly, brother, sisters-in-law Ann and Sr. Nora, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
As a young lady Margaret worked as a waitress in the Green Bay Restaurant in Castlebar. She later emigrated to England where she met and married Pat. Following their retirement 23 years ago they returned to Ireland and made their home in Islandeady.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Margaret will repose in the home of her daughter Sharon in Islandeady (F23 AD65) on Saturday, 26th March from 5pm to 6pm.
Removal on Sunday morning at 11am to arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.
Afterwards Margaret will be laid to rest with her beloved Pat in Islandeady cemetery.
