Thomas McGuire (better known as Tom),

Dooyork, Geesala, Ballina, Co. Mayo - peacefully in his 90^th year at the Tí Aire Nursing Home, Belmullet surrounded by his loving family on 15^th January 2023.

Predeceased by his parents Bryan and Julia McGuire, brother Frank, sister Mollie and son-in-law Gerry.

Survived by his devoted and loving wife Ann (née Cleary) and adored by his daughters Mary (Ballina), Geraldine (Shraigh), Josephine (Townaugh) and Denise (Galway), sons Brendan (Geesala) and Francis (Kiltimagh), sons-in-law Michael Chris, Michael, Frankie, daughters-in-law Helen and Suzanne. He will be sadly missed by his twenty adored grandchildren, Mark, Richard, Daniel, Nicola, Emma, Michelle, Rachel, Michaela, Colm, Jack, Molly, Shauna, Savanna, Caden, Megan, Michael, Éire, Thomas, Caitlin and Patrick, his eight great grandchildren, Anthony, Caoimhe, Arthur, Teddy, Saoirse, Danny, Croíadh and Claragh, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Tuesday evening from 4.30 until 7 o’clock with funeral arriving at St. Colmcille’s Church, Geesala at 8.30.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial in Geesala Cemetery.

Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook Page on Wednesday at 12 noon with all other funeral services available for viewing on Wednesday evening at 8 o’clock.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to the ‘Patient’s Comfort Fund at the Tí Aire Nursing Home, Belmullet’, c/o McDonnell Funeral Directors, Belmullet.
