Margaret Diskin nee Lynskey,

Ballygowan, Claremorris, Co. Mayo.

Margaret died peacefully at her home after a short illness surrounded by her loving family.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Pat, sons Micheal and Paul, daughter Edele and her partner Richie and grandson Louie, her brothers and sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, uncle Pat Grogan, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris (F12YP74) on Tuesday evening from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock followed by a private removal to her home.

The funeral cortege will arrive to St. Colman’s Church, Claremorris (via Ballyhaunis Road) on Wednesday for Funeral Mass at 12 o’clock with burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Claremorris.

or listened to on local parish radio on 106f.m.

It was of great shock and much sadness that we learned of the passing of Margaret, she was a beautiful person, always upright and strong. Margaret had a huge breath of knowledge, deep appreciation of most subjects, and her great advice was always useful, and to the point. Margaret attended all of our family weddings, where she brought warmth, style and energy to the celebration, her beautiful smile would light up the room and make one feel good. Margaret dedicated her entire life to her husband and family, and loved to talk of their achievements.
