Husband of the late Mary (nee McNeela), brother of the late Paddy.
Deeply mourned by his loving family Fiona (Keane), Marian, Kieran, Anita (Regan) & Patrick, sons-in-law David & Greg, brothers Brian & Tony, sisters Maura & Ann, grandchildren Hannah, Aaron, Liam & Luke, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours & friends.

Remains reposing at Hiney's Funeral Home, Crossmolina this Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday in St. Tiernan's Church Crossmolina at 12 noon.
Burial afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to Mayo Oncology Unit, Castlebar.

I served mass in Killala with John on my first day as an alter boy. I can still remember how kind and understanding he was. John was a true gentleman. I am sorry I cannot be with you, but my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

I have great memories of spending most of my time in the Moran household during my Gortnor Abbey days,,
John would be there to give us a seat to all our discos or any event we needed to go to, Mary would make sure we were all fed , it was home from home for me for manys the year..
