Church Road, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Bunabhna, Glenamoy - peacefully at the Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet on 18^th October 2021.

Predeceased by her loving husband Steve, her brothers Fr. Brendan, Fr. Seamus and Kevin and her sister Maureen.

Beloved mother of Mairín and Bríd, dear grandmother to Dara, Katie and Roisín and great grandmother to Ailbhe, Grace and Liam Rua. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, her devoted son in law Redmond and members of the Kelly Family (Belmullet), relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains will depart from the Family Home, Church Road, Belmullet on Wednesday evening at 7 o’clock with funeral arriving at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet at 7.30.

Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon followed by burial in Glencastle New Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the “Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home”, c/o McDonnell Funeral Directors, Belmullet.

The Glenn Family appreciate your understanding in respect of health and safety in keeping the family home private at this difficult time. In keeping with current Government advice and H.S.E. guidelines regarding public gatherings, Caitlín’s Funeral Mass will be for family, relatives, close friends and neighbours with a maximum of fifty percent of the church’s capacity in attendance at the Mass. For those who would like to pay their respects as the funeral cortege passes through the town enroute to the church on Wednesday evening and to the cemetery on Thursday afternoon, please stand in a socially distanced manner on the roadsides, outside the church and cemetery, ensuring public health and safety is being upheld to the highest standard.

Memorial Mass for Caitlín will be held at a later date. For those who cannot attend the funeral due to the restrictions, please leave a personal message for the family on the condolence form on this webpage.
