Stephen (Steve) Dunford,
Quay Road, Killala, and formerly of Castlebar and Dublin - peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar on the 18th of September 2021.
Reposing at Lynn’s Funeral Home, Killala from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock on Monday, 20th of September.
Funeral cortege will leave Steve's home at 12.45 on Tuesday, 21st of September for a service of remembrance at 1 o’clock in St. Patrick's Church, Killala.
In keeping with Government guidelines regarding public gatherings, Steve’s service can proceed with only 50% of the St. Patrick's capacity.
However, if you would like to pay your respects to Steve then you are asked to please line the route of his cortege from the house to St. Patrick's and from St. Patrick's to Killala Cemetery.
The family would like to thank you for your cooperation and consideration at this difficult time.
For those who cannot attend in person due to restrictions, please feel free to leave a message of sympathy in the Condolence Book on the bottom of this page.

In memory of Frances & Eliza Hanna Gardiner my great great grandparents from Killala in the early 1800’s I will dedicate my story to Stephen Dunford and Killala hospitality ! Thanks for the memories from two Gardiners from Canada and the USA
