Peggy (Mary Margaret) Curran nee Conlon,
Coolartra, Clontibret, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Ballina, Co. Mayo and Cootehill, Co. Cavan (Thursday, December 16th) - peacefully at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, surrounded by her family.
Peggy, predeceased by her husband Jim and remembered with love by her family, sons Paul (Clontibret), Sean (Emyvale), daughters Karen Hughes (Tyholland) and Marguerite Joyce (Corrandulla, Co.Galway), daughters in-law Louise and Marie, sons in-law Sean Hughes and Joe Joyce, brother PJ (London), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister in-law Celia, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
May Peggy’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.
Peggy will repose at her home in Coolartra among her family and friends on Saturday from 1pm until 8pm and again on Sunday from 1pm until 8pm.
Removal from her home on Monday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Clontibret for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St. Francis Hospice, c/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.
House private on Monday morning.
Please adhere to the current Government and HSE Covid guidelines while attending Peggy’s wake and funeral.
We all have fond memories of her visits to Newtown many years ago when taking your Grandmother to visit our own mother & father, & I can only imagine the welcome & joy they are all having in their Heavenly Home.
May they all rest in Peace.
