I was part of a committee in Balla 15 years ago trying to raise funds to build our lovely playground & I contacted Liam to see if he would donate something towards our raffle. Without hesitation he donated a Wii console with games, at the time a fabulous prize. You have lost a kind & generous gentleman RIP

Liam was heavily involved in both the old and new pool. In 2006, he had a vision of building a state of the art Leisure Centre here in Claremorris.
His endless work and dedication made this happen with the opening of the new pool in 2009. During his busy schedule, he always found time for the Leisure Centre, working quietly and unassumingly. This work will never be forgotten. Throughout the years, Liam also coached various groups in the swimming club. He was heavily involved with the water polo teams in which he guided them to great success over the years. It is hard to forget someone who has so greatly impacted the community of Claremorris. RIP Liam.
May he Rest In Peace. Praying for you all at this very sad time.

We will always remember Liam's practical advice and support for the Lake Walk projects in Claremorris. This is especially so in respect of the recently completed Mayfield Lakes Walks and without the support of Liam this project might never have come into being.
Our wish is that Liam will have safe passage on his walk to eternal glory - it is no more than he deserves. Thanks again
