Paddy Muldoon R.I.P.
Many GAA stories are told of Paddy I want to share one of him, my late father Eddie who was involved in bloodstock breeding told us the story of viewing two young Irish draught stallions in the south of Ireland in 1969, but a couple of weeks after making his choice of animal he was informed by the dept of agriculture that his choice was not available, a meeting in a quiet corner of Muldoons pub was held putting a plan in place with Paddy saying leave it to me, he went with the plan & a few weeks later my father got a letter telling him to go ahead with his choice, so Paddy’s valued voice was not just listened to at football board meetings across the country it was also listened to & taken on board in the corridors of Leinster House. Thanks Paddy
May you Rest in Peace
