Marie Bligh née McDermot,

Cloondacarra, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Corlis, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - 27th December 2023, peacefully surrounded by her family at Aras Mathair Phoil, Castlerea.

Predeceased by her husband John.

Marie will be sadly missed by her loving children Geraldine (O’Connor, Ballinlough), Ursula (Kennedy, Tralee), John (Cloondacarra), Ann (Franklin, Tralee) and Adrian (Derreentigue, Trien), sister Bridie (Martin, Manchester), grandchildren Darren, Liam, Gavin, James, Cillian, Sam, Alanna, Shauna, Lauren and Megan, daughters-in-law Louise and Angela, sons-in-law Joe and Trevor, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Marie will be reposing at Gaynor’s Funeral Home, Castlerea from 5pm - 7pm on Friday with removal afterwards to St. Patrick’s Church, Castlerea.

Mass of the Resurrection will take place at at 11am on Saturday followed by burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

The funeral Mass will be live-streamed on St. Patrick's Church webcam
