Cathedral Close, Ballina - peacefully at St. Augustine’s Home, Ballina.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina on Thursday, November 5th at 1.30pm followed by burial in the grounds of the Cathedral.

Funeral Mass can be viewed live on www.ballinaparish.org

Due to current Government and HSE guidelines the funeral mass will be private to family.

I have fond memories of the times he celebrated Mass in the Convent and appreciate the artful way he shared his love for Scripture. On Jubilee days he played the piano and encouraged us to sing and dance. He enjoyed a good party! Very fond memories of this charming gentleman who have me my first teaching position in Scoil Padraig many years ago. He would regularly pop into Room 7 and say have a break. The boys were delighted to get rid of me for a half an hour because it was a break for them top-down right Ollie. He was also compensated when I joined the choir. Many memories of him as photographer on sports day and school tours. May his gentle soul test in peace.
