Carrowmore Meadows, Knock, Co. Mayo and formerly of Gentian Hill, Salthill, Galway and Gurteens, Straide, Co. Mayo
Nora passed away peacefully in her 93rd year, following a short illness, surrounded by her family and in the wonderful care of The Queen Of Peace Nursing Home, Knock.
Pre deceased by her husband Tommy; sisters and brothers.
Sadly missed by her daughters Maria, Evelyn and Riana, son Michael, daughter-in-law Sharon, son-in-law Maurice, grandsons Calum, Oscar, Eoin and Milo, grand daughter-in-law Anita, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, including her lifelong friends Kay Mullarkey and Nora Heffernan.
Reposing at the Marian Funeral Home Knock (F12 A726) on Sunday evening from 6 o’clock until 7 o’clock. Walk through only no handshaking please.
Removal from the Funeral Home on Monday morning 24th Jan at 11 o’clock (via Carrowmore Meadows) to arrive at The Church of The Holy Family, Mervue, Galway for Mass at 1 o’clock. Burial afterwards in Rahoon Cemetery.
