Peter Towey,

Monasteraden, Co. Sligo (November 8th, 2020) - peacefully in his 91st year at Oakwood Nursing Home, Ballaghaderreen.

Pre-deceased by his wife Mary.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his sons John, Pat and Peter, sister Margaret, grandchildren Dylan, Naoise and Peadar daughters-in-law Melissa, Deirdre and Ann Marie, brothers-in-law, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Peter will be removed from his son and daughter-in-law’s home, John and Melissa, Bockagh, Ballaghaderreen on Wednesday at 11am to St. Aidan’s Church, Monasteraden arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11.30am Interment will take place in Monasteraden cemetery.

However, in line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held.

Peter’s family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew him would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in his memory.
