Fairlands Park, Newcastle, Galway and formerly of Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon - peacefully at home on Thursday 29th April, 2021 surrounded by his loving family after an illness battled with bravery and dignity.
Predeceased by his parents Tom and Maureen, and his brother Jim.
Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Anne, daughter Louise, son David, Louise’s partner Brian, brothers Tommy, Michael, and Pauric, sisters Mary and Breege, aunt Bernie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, his close friend Mike Irwin, Conor and Lauren McKiernan, the extended family, neighbours, and many friends.
Removal from his home on Monday morning 3rd May to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12 noon at Galway Cathedral.
Funeral after Mass to the Rahoon cemetery. Mass will be livestreamed.
The attendance at the church, outside the church door and at the cemetery will be limited to 25 people in accordance with current government guidelines.
