Shantalla Road, Galway City, Galway and formerly of Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo (on Monday, 29th November, 2021).
Tommy died at home in the loving care of his wife Bridie and daughter Audrey.
Predeceased by his parents Mary and Thomas, brothers Andy and John, sisters Vera, Rita, Mary and baby Eileen.
Mourned and sadly missed by his wife and daughter, his sister Martha Culliney (Ballyhaunis), nephews, nieces and their families, the extended Carr and Forde family neighbours and friends.
Removal from his home on Thursday, 2nd December, at 10.40am, driving to St. Joseph’s Church, Presentation Road to arrive in advance of Requiem Mass at 11am
