John (Johnny) Griffin,

Knockanara, Williamstown, Co. Galway - peacefully at University Hospital Galway surrounded by his loving family on June 10th 2022.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Ellen and his brother William.

Loving husband of Eileen and adored father of Shane and Niall (Williamstown), Ann-Marie (Owarish, London) and Eilish (Dublin).

Sadly missed by his wife, his sons and daughters, his brother Michael (Thomastown, Castlerea) and his sister Mary (Trien, Castlerea), son-in-law Ace and daughter-in-law Mary, brother-in-law John Roche (Ballinlough), sisters-in-law Patricia (Hester, Claremorris), Mary (Brady, Belturbet) and Evelyn (Griffin), nephews, nieces, extended family, his neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace

Reposing at his home on Sunday evening (F45 RX62) from 5 o’clock until 8 o’clock.

Funeral arriving at Saint Therese’s Church, Williamstown on Monday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Carraroe cemetery.
