T.J. (Thomas James) Smyth, (Retired N.T.)
Tarrea, Ballinderreen, Co. Galway and formerly of Straide, Co. Mayo. Passed away peacefully on August 1st surrounded by his family.
Predeceased by his sister, Sr. Teresa and brothers Joseph and Michael.
Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Nancy and lovingly remembered by his son Sean, daughters Maria, Breda and Cora, his beloved grandchildren Dónal, Bláthnaid and Dylan and sons in law Jim Higgins and Sean Horsman. Fondly remembered by his brothers the Reverend Fathers, Patrick, John and Malachy (Columban Fathers).

T.J. will repose at his home in Tarrea, Ballinderreen, Co. Galway on Tuesday August 2nd 2022 from 4 p.m until 8 p.m.
Requiem Mass will be held in St. Colman's Church, Ballinderreen at 12 noon on Wednesday 3rd August, with the funeral proceeding to Drumacoo Cemetery.

Fond memories of days fishing on the moy and the Ceili House in Blanemore on Friday night's.
