Keelogues Parish, Ballyvary, Co Mayo (1st July) - in the Mayo University Hospital.
Deeply mourned by his brother Fr Kieran, his nephews and nieces, his loyal secretary and friend Kathleen Kelly, Archbishop Michael Neary and his brother priests, parishioners, and many friends. Private Funeral Mass reserved for family in St Joseph’s Church, Keelogues, Ballyvary on Saturday, 4th July at 1pm with burial afterwards in the Church grounds.

My sincere sympathy to the Waldron family and to Kathleen on Fr Peter's passing.Fr Peter was a wonderful priest, a great community man and avery good story teller.The stories of his time in Galway as a young priest were very compelling indeed, that's my memories of Fr Peter a gifted man a man of many talents, he will be sadly missed by all, may he rest in peace.

Fr Peter had many gifts not least of these being the gift of having just the right words at the right time even through the toughest of times for people. May he now Rest in Eternal Peace.
