Rockfleet Lodge, Newport – peacefully at Mayo Hospice.

Reposing at St. Dominick’s Funeral Home, Newport on Monday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock.

Removal from the Funeral Home on Tuesday morning (via Castlebar Street) to Shannon Crematorium for private Cremation.

Living in Wicklow, I only found out recently (in August) about Caroline's passing. I knew her from the ceilis at Derrada. She was a lovely lady and I regarded her as a friend. She was so patient with me while I was trying to dance as I have 2 left feet! We had such fun at those ceilis. I hadn't seen her in a couple of years because of Covid, but I had been looking forward to meeting her again at future ceilis. Sadly this is no longer to be. She was such a beautiful, kind, gentle person and my future visits to Mayo will not be the same without her. Rest in peace Caroline xxx
