Michael Ward (Diamond)

Graveyard Road, Kilkerrin, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway - peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family following a long illness bravely borne.

Predeceased by his parents Willie and Teresa Ward.

Deeply mourned by his wife Mary (nee Glynn), sons Michael and Liam, daughters Martina Connor (Ballydangan, Athlone), and Sarah Martin (Glinsk, Co. Galway), his brother Seamus (Dundalk), sister Catherine Egan (Brideswell, Athlone), sons-in-law Anthony and Eoin, cherished grandchildren Jake, Isabelle and Lauren, sister-in-law Bernie (Ward), brothers-in-law Padraic Egan PJ, Brendan, Johnny, Danny and Martin (Glynn), nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, wonderful neighbours and loyal friends.

Michael's funeral will be held in private in line with current restrictions.

Private Requiem Mass for family only will take place in St. Joseph's Church, Kilkerrin, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway on Sunday, 25th July at 12.30 pm followed by burial in Kilkerrin Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Galway Parkisons or Community Palliative Care, Renmore.

All funeral arrangements will take place in accordance with Government guidelines.
