Predeceased by his beloved wife Maureen and loving father of Noel.
Sadly missed by his heartbroken son, brother Paddy (Ballyjennings Hill, Ballinrobe), sisters-in-law Delia, Mary and Catherine, brother-in-law Noel, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Friday evening from 5 o’clock with removal at 6.30 to the Church Of Our Lady Assumed Into Heaven, Enniscrone arriving at 7 o’clock.
Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock with funeral proceeding to Shannon Crematorium arriving for service at 3.30pm.
Dermot was a lovely man. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

He was a gentleman, full of storytelling and a great sense of humour, it was always a pleasure to meet him. He had deep affection for Easkey Voc School where he was dearly loved by all his pupils and he had an amazing ability to remember the names of all his past pupils.
May he Rest in Peace with the Lord.
