Pre-deceased by her husband Tom, sister Kathleen and brothers Bernie and Padraic.

Sadly missed by her daughters Marie, Eileen and Bernadette, son John, sons-in-law John and Alex, daughter-in-law Giselle, grandchildren Julia, Olivia and Aidan, sisters Beatrice (Florida), Anne (New York) and Bernadette (Australia), brother John (Barroe), nieces, nephews, relations, neighbours and friends.

Rest In Peace.

The Funeral Cortege will arrive at St. James's Church Charlestown, Co. Mayo on Friday morning, December 3rd, for funeral mass at 12 noon. Burial will take place afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

We had great times as children and we were always welcomed to Birthday parties , mum always had a genuine interest in what we were doing and in later years was always delighted to meet up in swinford or Charlestown. Mary was a very respected member of our parish of Killasser. I visited her many times over the years in her home and always received a warm welcome. My last visit was a few days ago when I gave her the sacrament of the sick, gave her absolution and holy communion. A very gentle person who sincerely believed in contributing to the parish and the upkeep of the clergy. I was blessed to have met her children too over the years and their children also. Mary liked to show me photographs of her family and tell me about them. She was very proud of them all. Mary was a woman of prayer and attended mass up until recently. She firmly believed in the resurrection from the dead. I extend sincere sympathy to all her family and I will remember her and them in my prayers and masses over the next while. Thanks Mary fir being so kind to me on my visits to your home. It has been a huge privilege to have known you over the years and to have enjoyed hospitality Bernadette and you showed me. Rest in peace!
