Julia McAndrew,
Oranmore, Galway and formerly of Uggool, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo.
Julia passed away on Sunday, August 15th 2021 in her 65th year in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in the country she had truly learned to love and enjoy since arriving there last December.
She died peacefully with her son Patrick and daughter Eliska by her side.
Born in Uggool, Mayo to Patrick and Ann McAndrew.
Dearly loved sister of Maureen Shaughnessy, Michael McAndrew, Brid Moffatt, Ann Gorman, John McAndrew and the late Ellie Murphy.
Deeply mourned by Patrick and Eliska and the Mc Andrew family, relatives and many wonderful friends at home and abroad.
Cremation has taken place in Mexico and Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Julia on Wednesday, 8th, September, 2021 at 12 noon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore.
Following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rinville Cemetery, Oranmore.
While the size of the congregation will continue to be curtailed by Covid 19 regulations, it will be possible to participate in the liturgy by tuning in to the Parish Radio (105.3FM) and Parish Webcam (www.oranmoreparish.org/live/).
The wearing of face masks will be strongly encouraged and participants both inside and outside the Church should strictly observe social distancing and refrain from hugging or shaking hands.
