James (Jim) Farragher,
Esker, Glenamaddy, Co. Galway and formerly of Curlisduane, Ballyglass, Claremorris, Co. Mayo (3rd April 2022) - peacefully at University Hospital, Galway surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents Mary and Anthony and his son-in-law Gerry Brennan. Jim will be sadly missed by his loving wife Eileen, children Jeannette (Brennan, Cloonfad), Paul (Esker), Linda (Clooncun West) and Mark (Caltra), brothers Joe, Pat, and Anthony, sisters Mary and Evelyn, grandchildren Caroline, Martina, Niall, Zara, Rhys, Glenn, Katie, Amy and Sophie, Linda’s partner Michael, daughters-in-law Mary and Ciara, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the Glenamaddy Community Centre on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 8pm (walk through only please).
Funeral leaving the home of his daughter Jeannette on Wednesday morning at 11am to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Glenamaddy for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 midday.
Burial afterwards in Boyounagh Cemetery.
The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Gaynors Funeral Directors Facebook page.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations if desired to the Galway Palliative Care, c/o Gaynors Funeral Directors, Castlerea.
All those attending Jim’s funeral are asked to please wear face coverings, sanitise your hands and please refrain from shaking hands/hugging.
