Sheila Walsh née Togher
Monaghrory, Clogher, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Lurgacloy, Clogher, Belmullet - peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar on 13th September 2022.
Predeceased by her husband Paddy.
She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving family – daughters Kathleen Sweeney (Letterkenny, Co. Donegal), Margaret Prendergast (Swinford), Marie Gallagher (Dungloe, Co. Donegal), sons Michael (London) and Patrick (Monaghrory, Clogher, Belmullet), daughters in law, sons in law, brothers, sisters, adored grandchildren, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.
The family would like to take the opportunity at this sad time in their lives to sincerely thank the Management and Staff of the SonasTí Aire Nursing Home, Belmullet for the kindness and care shown to their mother Sheila over the past ten years and also to the Staff of the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar for their support and kindness in recent times.

Remains will arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, Binghamstown on Thursday evening at 7 o’clock. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon followed by burial in Cross Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the “Patients Comfort Fund at the SonasTí Aire Nursing Home, Belmullet c/o McDonnell Funeral Directors, Belmullet.
Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook page at 12 noon on Friday with all other funeral services available for viewing at 8 O’Clock on Friday evening.
