Josie Groarke nee Doran,

Swinford and formerly of Ballycroy, Co. Mayo - peacefully in the tender loving care of the wonderful medical team at the Beacon Hospital, Dublin, after a long illness, bravely and tenaciously fought.

Predeceased by her late husband William and sister Bridie.

Very sadly missed by her daughter Mary, son-in-law Eamonn, grandson Cillian, sister Mary, brothers Andrew, Brian and Christy, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and her wide circle of friends and relatives.

May her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing in Boland's Funeral Home, Swinford on Sunday from 4pm until 6pm (for family and friends, conducted in accordance with current COVID restrictions and precautions).

Removal on Monday morning to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Swinford for funeral Mass at 12 noon.

Burial immediately afterwards in Kilconduff Cemetery.

Funeral Mass can be viewed on Swinford Parish website https://www.churchservices.tv/swinford

Due to Government advice and guidelines regarding public gatherings and to protect our most vulnerable family members and our friends, a private family funeral will take place.
