Mum, her sons Daniel and John and daughter in law Alice, grandchildren, extended family, her friends and neighbours on her untimely death. I had the privilege of working closely with Annette for a number of years. She had a great zest for life and was always enthusiastic and caring and very knowledgeable and insightful in all situations. Annette also worked closely with all our Colleagues in the various agencies and departments who had an influence on our health ensuring a coordinated response and better outcomes for patients. She was patient and supportive throughout despite dealing with her own health problems. May She Rest In Eternal Peace
