Laurence Higgins,

Ballyglass, Kilmovee, Co. Mayo (February 10th, 2021) - peacefully at Mayo University Hospital and previously in the loving care of Ave Maria  Nursing Home, Tooreen.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his nephews Peter and Kevin, niece Fiona, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Laurence will be removed from The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Monday morning at 10.30 to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kilmovee

arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’clock followed by burial in Naomh Mobhí Cemetery.

However, in line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held.

The Higgins family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew him would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in his memory.

For those who would have liked to attend the Mass but cannot due to the current restrictions, Laurence's Mass will be streamed on Sharkey Funeral Directors Facebook page.

In keeping with HSE, NPHET and Public Health guidelines, attendance at funerals is limited.
