As a mark of respect to the late PJ McGrath the Mayo Flag will be flown at half-mast in MacHale Park today.
Tributes have been pouring in over the last number of days for the former Mayo GAA chairman and referee of the 1982 All-Ireland football final.
Just a few days short of his eightieth birthday, the Kilmaine native passed away on Monday following an illness and a lifetime of service to the GAA.
He will be laid to rest this afternoon in St. Colman's Cemetery.
