Claremorris Gardaí attended the scene of a road traffic collision on the N60 Claremorris to Balla road at approximately 10:30am this afternoon.

Two cars were involved in the collision.

One person has been brought to Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar for treatment of minor injuries.

The road has since been fully reopened to traffic.
