Public Sector pay talks have broken up without agreement.
The negotiations came to a halt just before 9pm last night and are unlikely to resume again before Christmas.
Forsa General Secretary Kevin Callinan has expressed disappointment that talks remain 'inconclusive' at this stage.
He says unions have expressed willingness to meet again over the next few days - but claims it's clear the Government can't or won't conclude a deal in that time.
