It's just three days until the start of the Rose of Tralee festival in Kerry.

32 Roses from Ireland and beyond will take part in the international festival which gets underway on Friday.

The Roses are currently on a tour around Ireland, and are taking in Dublin and Offaly today.

Castlebar native Kate Heneghan is this year's Mayo Rose.

She says so far, it's been the experience of a lifetime.....
