University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, with 90 people on trolleys.
That's followed by 45 at University Hospital Galway, and 32 at University Hospital Kerry.
Sligo University Hospital is close behind with 26 people waiting for beds.
Mayo University Hospital in Castlebar's figure this morning was 14.
As for Portiuncla Hospital in Ballinasloe, they contributed a further 8 people to bring the regional figure to 80.
