Details

Applications will open next week for the Sports Capital and Equipment programme for clubs and communities across the region.

Minister of State Dara Calleary says that in line with inflation, the applicants can now apply for up to €200,000, an increase from the previous maximum grant of €150,000.

While  maximum valid grant available for projects deemed to be of “regional significance” has been increased from €300,000 to €500,000.

There is an emphasis this year on climate action and sustainability

The fund will open for new applications from Monday next, 17 July, and will close on September 8th.
