Details

Two new Aldi stores have opened in Kanturk in Cork and Athenry in Galway, creating 60 new jobs.

 

They're part of an 18 million euro investment and represent ALDI's 159th and 160th stores in Ireland.

 

160 jobs were supported during the construction phases.

 

The new supermarkets in both Cork and Galway bring the total number of stores opened here this year to five.
