Lidl has reduced the price of milk in-store for the second time in eight weeks.

The supermarket chain has dropped the price of 2-litre carton of milk from 2 euro 19 cent to 2 euro and 9 cent.

The price drop is effective from today.

Lidl was the first retailer in May to reduce the price of the household staple, which has seen an unprecedented fluctuation in price.
