Four Mayo town groups have been shortlisted in the .IE Digital Town Awards 2023

The awards recognise and reward projects with a digital element created by town groups, individuals and local communities

The Mayo finalists are:

Hollymount’s eco-powered cabinets which store life-saving equipment

Foxford’s digital and interactive games designed for seniors living with cognitive impairment

Castlebar’s Foodie Save, a mobile App aiming to reduce food waste

Louisburgh’s Michael McGuire, shortlisted in the Local Hero category, for his work with Louisburgh Foróige youth club

The awards offer a prize fund of €100,000 which is split across the 10 categories. Winners will be announced at a Gala Awards event on Wednesday 24th May.
