Details

Education Minister Norma Foley has announced the establishment of two new special schools.

One will be in Carrigtwohill in Cork, while the other will be in Dublin 7, and will open for the 2023/2024 school year.

In addition, capacity will be expanded in eleven other special schools around the country.

Those schools are in Donegal, Galway, Kildare, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford and Cork.
