A leading health expert thinks it's too premature to end the wearing of face-masks in hospital settings.
The wearing of masks was mandatory during the Covid-19 pandemic.
It's set to come to an end from April 19th at acute hospitals, although they are still advised in certain circumstances and ultimately each hospital can choose to continue the universal use of face coverings.
Professor Anthony Staines says relaxing the rules will pose challenges for hospitals.
