Minister of State at the Department of Transport Jack Chambers is in County Mayo today for a number of engagements.
He will visit the RSA Offices at 11am before meeting with local Fianna Fail Councillors and members.
At 2pm Minister Chambers will visit Ireland West Airport Knock.
At 4pm he will attend Castlebar Tennis Club before visiting Lough Lannagh Leisure Centre in Castlebar at 5:30pm.
Today's visit comes on the back of a 65 million euro announcement for National Roads funding in Mayo.
Mayo based Minister Dara Calleary says they will keeping pressure on officials and the Government for future projects.
He says it will be important to press those issues with Minister Chambers today.
