Mayo County Council have announced that mains repair works may cause supply disruptions to Westport, Sandyhill and surrounding areas in County Mayo today.

Works are expected to continue until 1:00PM today.

Mayo County Council recommend that people in the area allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for the water supply to fully return.
