150 jobs have been announced by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Kildare and Galway.
The roles will be in cyber security, software development, global R&D and cloud consulting.
The company has also announced Galway as its European hub for cyber secutiry.
The new jobs will come on stream over the next two years.
Welcoming the expansion of the company's operations, Tanaiste and Minister for Enterprise Leo Varadker says Hewlett Packard has been long-established in Ireland, and is a significant source of employment in both Galway and Kildare.
He says it's great news that the company has chosen Galway for its European hub for cyber security operations.
