
The head of the HSE says an increase in hospital admissions this weekend is worrying.
360 people are currently receiving treatment - up from 328 yesterday.
Across the region there are 12 patients with the virus at MUH- up one 10 at Sligo Hospital- up one, five at the Portiuncula Hospital and four at University Hospital Galway.
While 82 people with the disease are in ICU - a drop of 1.
Of which two are in Galway and there's one apiece in Sligo and the Portiuncula.
It comes amid an increase in the reproductive number of the virus and in GP referrals.
