Details

310 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in the country yesterday along with 15 further deaths from the virus.

It brings the case total in the republic to 75,203 and the death toll to 2,117.

80 of the new cases are in Dublin, with 27 in Donegal, 25 in Louth and 15 in Kilkenny, Waterford, Tipperary and Meath.

Across the region there are 13 new cases in Galway, 11 in Mayo and less than five in Roscommon, Sligo and Leitrim.
