Ballyjamesduff in Cavan has the highest 14-day Covid-19 incidence rate per 100,000 than any other local constituency in the country with a rate of over 651.

It's the highest figure recorded in the country - while Lifford Stranorlar in county Donegal has risen in the past week to a rate of 610.

There are concerns about the situation in cities with Galway City Central and Cork South-Central both having rates of more than 550.

A number of local electoral areas continue to have rates of less than five - including Ballinamore in Leitrim.
