The number of people waiting for hospital outpatient appointments is the highest since records began.
611,000 people are now on the list - and nearly 145,000 of those, have been waiting at least 18 months.
Dr Denis McCauley, from the Irish Medical Organisation, says it's largely due to the fallout from Covid-19 and it's going to get worse.
