A national helpline has  been launched today for elderly people who have concerns about the coronavirus outbreak.

ALONE - the organisation that supports older people - is operating the helpline in association with the Department of Health and the HSE.

 

The helpline number is 0818 222 024,  and is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
