Details

A man is due in court this morning in relation to a drug seizure in Co Galway earlier this month.

Heroin with an estimated street value of 140-thousand euro was seized after a car was searched in Loughrea on January 3rd.

A 41 year old man was arrested at the scene - he was re-arrested yesterday and charged in relation to the seizure.

He's due to appear before Tuam District Court this morning.
