Details

Former Taoiseach and Mayo TD Enda Kenny received a DCU Alumni Award for Outstanding Achievement.

The Mayo-based former Taoiseach was presented with the Leadership award at The Helix in DCU on Friday.

Enda Kenny is the longest-serving public representative in the Dáil, and served as Taoiseach for 6 years.

Other recipients of the 2019 DCU Alumni  awards were Lorraine Twohill, chief marketing officer at Google; Shay Walsh, managing director at BT Ireland; Sr Orla Treacy, head of the Loreto Schools in Rumbek, South Sudan; and Irish rugby international Lindsay Peat.
